Elisabeth Hinckley Social Media & Public Relations Specialist

Elisabeth Hinckley serves as Social Media, Public Relations, and Content Marketing specialist at Richard Vorisek Associates. Elisabeth brings over 25 years of diversified marketing experience to the firm. Currently a marketing instructor at Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), she has created a curriculum for Merchandise Marketing and Visual Merchandising studies, and has twice been elected Outstanding Faculty Member by graduating Merchandise Marketing students.

She began her career at SuperStock, an international visual content agency, where she rose to the position of Vice President of Marketing. With an art history degree from New York University, she began her tenure by establishing a Fine Arts Library and negotiated licensing agreements with such notable institutions as The Huntington Library, The Barnes Foundation, London’s National Portrait Gallery, The Bridgeman Art Library, The Newberry Library, and Christies, along with a number of galleries and contemporary artists.

Prior to joining the faculty at FIDM and beginning her consulting career, Elisabeth worked at several short-lived startups during the dot-com boom. There she developed experience in push-and-pull digital marketing and electronic content and applications, including CRM, SEO, and database marketing.

Currently, Elisabeth provides publicity, content marketing, and social media services to a variety of small businesses and nonprofits, including jewelry brands Dogeared and Baroni, Young Writer’s Conference, The Jester & Pharley Phund, the FIDM Museum & Galleries, and the FIDM Scholarship Foundation.
